Zingaro Reserve

It is often in Sicily that wild and sea meet, which makes for some spectacular results. You will be in a truly special place if you add the sunsets of those you’ll never forget, the smells of the Mediterranean and crystal clear water that ranges from cobalt to emerald green, all of which you can see.

One of the most treasured natural gems in Sicily is the Zingaro reserve. You can see the sea in its natural state, as it was centuries ago. There are no roads along the coast, and there is no traffic. A document signed by thousands of citizens has prevented construction of a street linking directly Scopello and San Vito Lo Capo. They have made it possible for man to meet the genista and olive and holm oak.

Seven kilometers of amazing wonders await us as we walk along the coast path from Scopello, to San Vito Lo Capo. Our eyes will be drawn to the beautiful blue bays Cala Tonnarella dell’Uzzo Cala Marinella Cala dell’Uzzo Cala Berretta Cala della Disa Cala Capreria, Cala del Varo and Cala dell’Uzzo. These are where the soft colors of the white pebbles contrast with the hardness of the rocks. There are so many itineraries and they all offer many surprises.

Every year, you will discover new details and views at the Zingaro Reserve. The views along the halfway track are simply breathtaking and cannot be found anywhere else. The timeless atmosphere of Bosco di scardina and Borgo Cusenza is what you will experience, with a shepherd or farmer at the end of the day. The upper trail is located among the Aleppo pines, and the Mediterranean steppe.

Zingaro Reserve is an earthly paradise that is loved by all who are obstinate and those who want to experience the rare experience of bathing in crystal clear water. It is also loved for its unique ability to provide a safe environment to swim in.

It feels at home amongst the rich flora, fauna, and dust of the paths, and among the foam of water, however.

You can also see other itineraries: Scopello and San Vito Lo Capo. Marsala, their surrounds.
